This composite, produced from resin and fiberglass, has an internal layer which resists to all degrees of corrosion from aggressive fluids such as acids or bases.

Besides this chemical resistance, these composites have other advantageous characteristics, most significant of which are high mechanical resistance, light weight of the product, ease of maintenance and adaptation to different geometric shapes.

For specific customer requirements in terms of plastic boiler equipment, we use thermoplastic materials such as High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE), Polypropylene (PP), Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC), Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF) or Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene (FEP).

This type of composites is recommended for specific fluid use. The thermoplastic material, acting as a chemical barrier, is mechanically supported by the application of a layer of Glass Reinforced Polyester (GRP).
